Week 1 – What is Worship?
Bible: Genesis 1:1, Psalm 19:1-4, Romans 1:20, Romans 5:8
Bottom Line: Worship is our response to God’s awesomeness.
What’s That to Me? God is the brilliant artist and creator of this amazing universe we live in, yet He loved us so unconditionally that He would lay down His life for us. In this lesson, students will understand the meaning of worship and some of the reasons why we should worship God.
Week 2 – Who do we worship?
Bible: 2 Samuel 6
Bottom Line: Our worship is always for the one true God.
What’s That to Me? We should worship God without worrying about what others say or think.
Week 3 – How Do We Worship?
Bible: Psalm 98:4, Luke 17:15, Exodus 3:5, Psalm 95:6, Revelation 4:10-11, Revelation 11:16, Psalm 119:103, Psalm 149:1
Bottom Line: We can worship God in many different ways.
What’s That to Me? Worship, in many different forms, can be part of our daily lives. There’s no wrong way to worship as long as it comes from the heart and glorifies God!
Week 4 – When and where should we worship?
Bible: John 4:19-24, 1Corinthians 6:19, Hebrews 4:14-16, Hebrews 13:15-16, Exodus 3:1-6
Bottom Line: Because God is with us, we can worship Him anytime and anywhere.
What’s That to Me? There’s no right or wrong place or time to worship. We should desire to worship God everyday through our lives and actions.
