Series #1 ($35 Value): Christmas Series is a 4-week Christmas Youth Group Series.

Christmas Series Overview

Christmas is the time of year when we hear the account of Christ’s birth and remember that God sent His Son to this earth, as a baby, for us. That fact alone should cause us to stop and hold in our hearts the works that God is doing on our behalf.

Christmas Series is a four week series that teaches students:

  • Several times in the Gospel of Luke, we are told that Mary, and those with her, pondered the things they heard and saw in their hearts.

  • Ultimately, Jesus was the gift greater than any material thing we could ever possess here on earth.

  • Family played an important role in the life of Christ, starting even before He was born.

  • The peace of Christ is brought upon us when we are filled with the Holy Spirit.

Week One: Pondering in your heart
Bible: Luke1:65-66; 2:15-20; 2:46-52
Bottom Line: Throughout the life of Christ, the people that come in contact with His story hold the treasure of the story in their hearts.

Week Two: Gifts
Bible: Matthew 2:1-2, 9-1; John 12:3
Bottom Line: Throughout the life of Jesus, people brought gifts to Him as a way of showing their love and commitment to who He was.

Week Three: Family
Bible: Luke 1:41-45; Matthew 3:11; Eph. 1:5
Bottom Line: Family played any important role in the life and ministry of Christ and because of His sacrifice on our behalf, we are invited to be part of His family for eternity.

Week Four: Peace
Bible: Luke 2:8-14; Mark 4:39; Psalm 23; John 14
Bottom Line: The final action of Christ’s work is to bring peace to a world that is in a state of brokenness.

Series #2 ($35 Value): Choices is a 4-week series about making the right choices every day.

Choices Overview

This series explores the 35,000 choices that students make everyday and how those decisions affect a person's relationship with God. Each week will take a look at a different character in the Bible, how they chose God regardless of their circumstances, and also how we can do the same thing in our lives.

Week 1: Choose to Serve
Bible:  Joshua 24:14-15
Bottom Line: The choices that we make determine whether we will serve God or the gods of this world.

Week 2: Choose to be Pure
Bible:  Daniel 1
Bottom Line:  Students can live a life of transformation by staying close to God’s word and refusing to conform to the ways of the culture.

Week 3: Choose to Speak Up
Bible:  The Book of Esther; Esther 4:13-14
Bottom Line:  God puts us in positions in order to use us to do His will.

Lesson 4: Choose to be Grateful
Bible:  Luke 17:11-19
Bottom Line:  Being grateful is not just a feeling but a choice that comes from understanding what God has done for us.

Series #3 ($35 Value): Slow Down is a 4-week series helping students learn how to develop the discipline of rest.

Slow Down Overview

Today’s youth are busier than any other generation before them. Gone are the days of leisurely summer afternoons and playing in the yard until the streetlights come on. In the hustle and bustle of their overscheduled lives, students need to learn to SLOW DOWN. It is important for not only their physical and mental health, but also their spiritual health.

Week 1: Time to Unplug
Teens are attached to their phones like Luke Skywalker is attached to his robotic hand. And while these devices can be incredibly helpful, it is important for teens to take a break every now and then. This lesson gives students good reasons to unplug, as well as practical ways that they can slow down and unplug for awhile.

Week 2: The Source of our Rest
True rest is more than just a Sunday afternoon nap or vegging out in front of the TV. Students need to look to God to be the source of rest rather than their pillows or their electronic devices. Based on Psalm 23, this lesson helps students understand that they can find rest - true rest - in the arms of the Good Shepherd.

Week 3: The Discipline of Rest
God did not create us to run full-throttle 24 hours a day. In fact, God himself took a day to rest. And just like any other activity, teens need to discipline themselves to slow down and practice the art of rest. Using a variety of Old and New Testament scriptures, this lesson teaches students how to practice this very necessary skill.

Week 4: Following Jesus’ Example
Even though Jesus was fully God, he was also fully human. As a human, he got too tired and too busy at times, and sometimes Jesus needed a break from it all. Many times throughout the Gospels, we read stories of Jesus sneaking off to spend an evening alone in prayer. This lesson encourages students to learn from Jesus’ example by slowing down and getting away for much-needed prayer and rest.

Series #4 ($35 Value): 1 Timothy 4:12 is a 4-week series about how God uses teenagers and those who don't feel like they can measure up to do amazing things!

1 Timothy 4:12 Overview

The start of a new school year can be a very exciting time but also a rather scary time. Part of what can make it a scary time for many youth is the feeling that they don’t quite measure up.

There will always be someone who is taller, faster, or smarter than they are. Sometimes youth can feel like the outsider looking in and can wonder how and why God would ever want to use them.

But God has a way of taking those the world might discard and using them in a big way. This series looks at examples of outcasts and outsiders to see how God wants to use them and us.

Week 1: Josiah, the Too-Young King
Bible: 1 Timothy 4:12, 2 Kings 22-23, 2 Chronicles 34-35
Bottom Line: Students will understand that God can use anyone, no matter their age, to do great things for His kingdom. Students will be encouraged to step out in faith to make an impact for God’s kingdom.

Week 2: Ehud, the Other-Abled Judge
Bible: Judges 3:12-30
Bottom Line: Students will understand that God doesn’t just use us in spite of our weaknesses but actually uses our weaknesses to accomplish His purposes.

Week 3: Deborah, the Unlikely War Hero
Bible: Galatians 3:28, Judges 4-5
Bottom Line: Students will understand that in the kingdom of God, social status does not matter. God often uses those that the world casts aside to do great things for His kingdom.

Week 4: Gideon, the Cowardly Judge
Bible: 2 Timothy 1:7, Judges 6-8, Philippians 1:6
Bottom Line:Through the story of Gideon, students will learn to see themselves as God sees them, and that God can do mighty things with small armies and cowardly leaders.

Series #5 ($35 Value): Dwell is a 4-week series about "dwelling" in God's Word.

Dwell Overview

Week 1: Dwell

Week 3: Be Like Jesus
Bible: Philippians 2:1-13; Ephesians 2:10

Week 4: Change the World!
Bible: Matthew 16:24, John 16:33
Bottom Line: God calls Christians to live holy lives, not just for themselves, but to be a light for the entire world to know Him and be holy as well.

Series #7 ($35 Value): The Book of Philippians is a 4-week series that helps students to keep a “kingdom perspective” while facing the ups and downs of everyday life.

    Philippians Overview

The letter to the Philippians was one of the last epistles that Paul wrote.

Tradition tells us that he wrote it while in prison for his faith.

In these circumstances, Paul encourages the Philippians, and us, to persevere in their faith and to remember that their (our) true citizenship is not on this earth but in heaven.

Week 1 - Paul’s Prayer for the Believers
    Bible: Philippians 1

Week 2 - Having the Attitude of Christ
    Bible: Philippians 2
Bottom Line: Students will understand the sacrifices Christ humbly made in both His life and His death here on earth. Students will be encouraged to make similar selfless sacrifices for the sake of others and in the name of Christ.

Week 3 - Pressing on Toward the Goal
    Bible: Philippians 3
Bottom Line: Students will understand that the goal of the Christian life is knowledge of and relationship with Christ. Students will understand the importance of perseverance in the Christian life and that Christ is the source of our ability to press on toward the goal.

Bottom Line: Jesus has called you to be the salt and light of your school.

Week 2: Why Should I Care About Others?

    Week 4: Gifted to Serve
