Influence is all around us, especially in the life of a middle schooler. It’s in the people they spend time with, what they watch, the music they listen to, and even in what they don’t notice. Like trends and habits they pick up without even thinking. These influences all work together to shape the way they think, believe, and act.

The main verse of the series is Isaiah 64:8:

"And yet, O Lord, you are our Father. We are the clay, and you are the potter. We all are formed by your hand."

Isaiah is saying that God is like a potter, and we are like clay. God wants to shape and mold us into the people He wants us to be. And that's the big idea of this series!
